What's your typical turnaround time?
Most orders ship within 3–4 weeks from design approval. Championship crowns and fully-embroidered capes can take up to 6 weeks. Rush orders are possible — contact us with your deadline and we'll confirm feasibility.
Do you work with Irish Dance schools outside the U.S.?
Absolutely. We currently serve schools across the U.S., Ireland, Northern Ireland, the UK, and Canada. International shipping is tracked and insured.
I have a school crest — how do I send it?
A clear PDF, JPG, or PNG works great. If all you have is a photo of an old jacket, send that — we can work from just about anything. We'll digitize it properly as part of your order.
Can you match a specific color or fabric?
Yes. We keep a wide selection of satin, velvet, wool blend, and cotton fabrics, and we can source specialty fabrics for larger orders. For thread colors, we match Madeira or Isacord — send us a Pantone number or a physical sample.
Do you offer discounts for bulk orders?
Yes. Orders of 25+ pieces receive automatic bulk pricing, and orders over 50 pieces get additional tiers. Dance schools also receive a standing 10% discount on repeat crown and cape orders.
What if something isn't right?
We stand behind every stitch. If a piece arrives with any defect in our workmanship, we'll remake it at no charge. For custom orders, we always approve designs with you before stitching — no surprises on delivery day.
Do you have a minimum order?
Nope. We're just as happy stitching a single monogrammed christening blanket as we are a full school apparel order. No minimums, ever.
Can you stitch on items I already own?
Yes — we often embroider on garments you send us. We'll evaluate the fabric and discuss any risks with you before we begin.
